Kelly Osbourne's friend had a birthday party, Miley Cyrus on Tuesday.
A source told Us Weekly when Kelly Osbourne rent a hotel for the 19th anniversary of his friend. At the party there are mothers and lovers Miley and they were dancing and having fun until three o'clock in the morning.
Kelly had been planning a party it would be really crazy and be the best birthday Miley will not be forgotten throughout his life.
